Back on bare ground

The expected mega success in yesterdays season premiere in Bruksvallarna, Sweden, did not quite happen;) But good skis and good shape led to a good result… so everything is good.

Now I’m back on bare ground in Mora. This first test-race gave me a hint about where I stand and I have no problem with having to do a few more training sessions on roller skis and running. To perform in January to April ’12 I need to keep up the hard work for several weeks to come.

Today was a day without training and therefore a day without meaning, no, I needed the rest today, but tomorrow there is a new day with training and also more traveling… better get some more rest… taa
